Refund Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This page explains how refunds work across the different ways you can interact with LearnersCare: buying a course on Udemy through one of our links, redeeming a free coupon, joining our partner programme, or hiring LearnersCare directly for a service. It does not create any refund right beyond what is described below.

2. Udemy course purchases

Every course listed on this site is hosted and sold by Udemy, Inc., an independent company we do not own or control. When you enrol in a course, your purchase contract is with Udemy, not with LearnersCare. Udemy takes the payment, processes the transaction, and decides refunds under its own refund policy.

As stated in our Terms of Service, Udemy operates a 30-day refund policy at the time of writing, but that policy belongs to Udemy and can change. The current version on Udemy’s own site is the one that governs, not this page. LearnersCare cannot issue, approve, expedite or override a Udemy refund.

To request a refund for a course you purchased on Udemy, use Udemy’s own refund request process through your Udemy account.

3. Free course coupons

We periodically publish free or discounted coupons for our own courses, limited by Udemy’s own rules on how many an instructor can issue. A coupon gives you access to a course; it is not a payment, has no cash value, and is not refundable — there is nothing to refund because nothing was paid.

4. LearnersCare’s own services

Separately from the Udemy course catalogue, LearnersCare offers project-based services directly, including AI video production, AI avatar and voice, AI dubbing and localization, eLearning development, corporate training, and instructional design (see Services).

These are custom, project-based engagements. Refund, cancellation and payment terms for a specific project are agreed upon directly with LearnersCare before work begins, and are set out in that project’s own agreement. This page does not state a fixed refund period, percentage or guarantee for these services, because those terms depend on the scope and stage of each individual project.

5. Partner programme

Our partner programme is free to join and has no purchase, buy-in or starter-pack requirement of any kind. Because joining costs nothing, there is nothing to refund in connection with programme membership itself.

6. How to request a refund

• Udemy course purchase: request the refund through your Udemy account, using Udemy’s refund process.
• Free coupon: not applicable — coupons are not paid for and are not refundable.
• A LearnersCare service you hired us for directly: refer to the cancellation and refund terms in your signed project agreement, or contact us at the email below.
