1. Who we are

LearnersCare Inc. is a Texas corporation, and it operates this website. The courses listed on this site were created and are taught by us, and are hosted and sold by Udemy, which is an independent company we do not own or control.

Udemy takes your payment, holds your account, provides student support, and decides its own refund policy. Your purchase is a contract with Udemy, not with us.

2. How we earn from the links on this page

Course links on this site are instructor referral links. Udemy pays an instructor a higher share of the price on a sale that comes through the instructor’s own referral link than on a sale Udemy generates itself. So when you use a link here rather than searching Udemy directly, more of what you pay reaches us.

This does not change your price. The price you see at checkout is Udemy’s price for that course with any coupon we have applied. Using our link never costs you more, and often costs you less, because our links carry our current discount codes.

3. Free courses and the email list

Some courses on this site are offered free through a limited coupon. To receive one you give us your email address and confirm it. We use that address to send you the coupon and, afterwards, course announcements and offers from LearnersCare. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with your data.

Free coupons are limited in number and time by Udemy’s own rules, not by us. When a free allocation runs out, it runs out.

4. Our partner programme

We run a partner programme in which independent people promote LearnersCare pages and are paid for confirmed email sign-ups, and in some cases for redemptions of a discount code issued in their name. If you arrived here through someone else’s link, that person may be paid for your confirmed sign-up. They are not our employee and do not speak for us. 5. Third-party links

Where we link to a product, tool or course we did not create, we will say so on the page, and we will say whether the link earns us a commission. We do not currently list third-party courses on this site. If that changes, this disclosure will be updated before any such link is published.

6. Why you are reading this

The US Federal Trade Commission requires that a material connection between an endorser and a seller be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. Being the instructor and being paid on the sale is a material connection. This page exists so that connection is stated plainly rather than buried.

7. What we do not claim

We make no promise about what any course will earn you, get you hired for, or qualify you to do. Course descriptions state what the course covers, not what your result will be.
